The Loddon Shire Council wanted to create engaging recruitment videos not only to showcase their organization’s values, unique work culture, and various departments, but also to promote the Loddon region as an attractive place to work and live, with its relaxed lifestyle and stunning natural beauty, in the hopes of attracting talented employees to move to the area.

At Vid.co, we thrive on challenges, and the Loddon Shire Council Recruitment videos were no exception. With just one day to capture all the necessary footage, we knew we had our work cut out for us. Our client had set us an ambitious goal – to create not just one, but four engaging recruitment videos for this fantastic organisation.

While the task at hand was certainly challenging, we were more than up for it. With our expertise and creative vision, we knew we could deliver excellent results for Loddon Shire Council. We immediately put our heads together to strategise, devising a game plan to ensure we captured all the necessary shots.

We set out to shoot six interviews and gather b-roll footage from five different locations across the Loddon region, while also capturing stunning drone footage at each site. Despite the tight schedule, we didn’t let it get us down. We rolled up our sleeves, grabbed our cameras, and got straight to work, confident in our ability to produce something truly special for our client.

The Loddon Shire Council was extremely satisfied with the final products we delivered.
